TERESA SKELTON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Teresa, a Westfield native, has been an active member of the community all her life. Here at DWA, Teresa spends her time planning and organizing community events, building relationships with downtown merchants and residents, and a lot of “behind-the-scenes” work for DWA. Teresa has served as the Executive Director since 2015 and continues to share her passion for downtown Westfield with the community.

Colleene Quinn - Administrative Coordinator

Colleene is an Indianapolis native and has lived in Westfield for the past 11 years.  She came on board the DWA as Teresa Skelton's assistant in August of 2017 after spending  several years as a stay at home Mom, raising her son in Westfield.  Colleene developed a love for her adopted city and all the wonderful changes happening here during those years at home. She jumped at the opportunity to join an organization dedicated to building relationships with the Westfield community through the downtown.
