Because of its difficulty in mixing with water, fat is difficult to digest, especially if consumed in excess.
Excessive consumption of oil or fatty foods can open the door to certain diseases. The fat consumed is stored in the adipose tissue as fat. However, much of the fat consumed enters the bloodstream. The amount of fat that enters the bloodstream can reduce the lumen of the blood vessels (arteries, veins and capillaries). This leads to cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and increased levels of sterols in the body.
Excess oil disturbs the mood and causes allergies in some people
Studies by scientists have shown that excessive oil consumption affects the circuits of the nervous system involved in mood disorders. If you consume too much oil, it can have a psychological impact on your health. So you may have reactions that are out of the ordinary.
Some people are very allergic to oil. A little excessive consumption of oil would lead to allergies in many people. For example, some people sneeze a lot after eating an oily meal or feel tired or completely exhausted.
Oil is not bad in itself, but it is necessary to moderate consumption and to know how to choose the types of oil to be consumed. Because health is priceless and everything must be done to preserve it.
